Three gold medals for USM dons??? YAU MOU GAU...CHOR!!

Scientists from Universiti Sains Malaysia here have won three gold medals at an international trade fair in Germany.

Three other entries submitted at the event also won silver medals.The International Trade Fair "Ideas, Inventions, New Products" (IENA) 2005 was held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre from Nov 3-6.USM School of Chemical Engineering dean Associate Professor Dr Abdul Latif Ahmad, and his team won a gold medal for their product "Chitec: a biodegradable and environmental-friendly polymer for residue oil flocsorb".
